TRANSEARCH uses a unique patented method called Orxestra to help find the most suitable candidate for the client. This method allows us to get to know the client’s organization, company culture or future plans. The match between the candidate and the client’s requirements is achieved through 6 monitored areas of matching. In addition to understanding the client’s story, these include company culture, key management competencies, team fit, performance fit, and integration into the company once the candidate is in the new role. The goal of this methodology is to find the most suitable candidate, maximizing their potential for the client and limiting the risks arising from an inappropriate selection.

How we work
1. Your story
The whole process starts with thorough preparation. We need to understand the client’s story, their needs, their future plans and how they fit with the position. We use our Orxestra methodology to ensure an ideal match between the candidate and the company in the areas of company culture, teamwork, performance or managerial competencies, in the form of interviews, questionnaires or workshops. The processed results of these activities will provide us, as well as the client, with valuable information about their organization.
2. Preparation and market mapping
On the basis of all the information gathered, we will prepare a strategy for the entire project. We share with the client the expected timeline, ideal candidate profile, target list. We prepare a “brief” for the candidates, a document in which they get very detailed information about the company and the position to be filled. Based on positive feedback from candidates and clients, we know that this document makes it easier for candidates to consider whether the position is right for them.
3. Finding suitable candidates
We have an experienced team of researchers who have worked on a number of executive search projects at local, regional or even global level. We use a combination of external and internal sources to compile a list of suitable candidates to approach.
4. Communication and personal interviews
At this stage, we reach out to the selected candidates, find out their motivation and clarify their experience. The initial online screening is followed by personal interviews with prospective candidates. The result is a list of 4-6 selected candidates that we present to the client (the so-called Short List). The presentation includes the candidate’s CV, the consultant’s comments on the candidate, their salary expectations and motivation, as well as the candidate’s answers to questions related to key managerial competencies relevant to the position. The candidate thus presents to the client in his own words how strong and experienced he is in the given competences.
5. Selection of the final candidate
We help with the organization of interviews on the client’s side, providing feedback to both parties and get references on 1-2 final candidates from previous supervisors. We can arrange an external personality assessment of the final candidate (Hogan, etc.) We support the client and the selected candidate in concluding the employment contract, negotiating working conditions and financial compensation.
6. Ongoing support
Throughout the search process, we continuously support, inform, report results and provide feedback to clients and candidates. However, our work does not end with the selection of the final candidate. Upon starting a new job, the candidate will receive a welcome package from us with the book Without Breaking Stride. This contains lots of advice and guidance on how to integrate quickly and successfully in a new job. We keep in regular contact with the candidate during their first year in their new job.
